Tuscany via Switzerland
After years of hearing “so when are you going to take me to Rome?” from my dear mother, we finally came up with a plan. Elise and I had been wanting to spend a relaxing vacation in Tuscany for a while. Just to relax in the countryside and of course do a lot of good dining and wining. We found a villa in the middle of nowhere, recommended to us by Chris and Julian and found that a train to Rome was only a couple of hours.
Better yet, on the drive there and back, we could overnight in Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland.
