You might recall a while back Elise and I went to the transport museum in Sinsheim. This past weekend, we had grand plans to do a bike tour with Sandra, however the weather wasn’t working with us. Daniela came up with the idea that we could hit up the technology museum in Speyer instead, which is sort of a sister museum to the one in Sinsheim.

If all farmers went organic: They could feed at most 4 billion. Millions of acres of forests would need to be cut down. 5 to 6 billion additional head of cattle would be required to supply the manure requiring even more land to be sacrificed to feed them. -- Norman Bourlaug-
